Terms of Service
By using ARBITORIA, you agree to these terms. They are written in plain English, kept short, and updated when material changes occur.
1. Acceptance
By accessing salaire-plus.com ("the Site", "ARBITORIA"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Site.
2. Purpose of the Site
ARBITORIA is an informational resource that compares salaries, jobs, and cost-of-living across six countries using government primary statistics. The Site does not offer career counseling, recruiting, financial planning, legal, tax, or investment services.
3. No financial, legal, or professional advice
All numbers, ranges, and comparisons on the Site are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not financial, legal, tax, immigration, or career advice. Decisions about your career, investments, taxes, or relocation should be made with qualified professionals. ARBITORIA is not liable for actions taken based on the Site.
4. Data accuracy
We use Tier 1 government primary statistics (BLS OEWS, KOSIS, INSEE, INE, Statbel, MHLW, Eurostat, OECD) and disclose source, last updated, next update, license, and trust tier on every page. Despite our best efforts, data may contain errors, become outdated, or be misclassified. We make no warranty of accuracy or completeness. Verify critical numbers against the original source.
5. PPP and currency conversion
Where ARBITORIA shows purchasing-power-parity (PPP) adjusted comparisons or currency conversions, the underlying rates come from the World Bank, OECD, or central bank publications and are updated periodically. Real-time exchange rates may differ.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's design, code, written analysis, charts, and original commentary are © 2026 ARBITORIA, all rights reserved. Underlying statistical data is the property of its respective government source and is presented under each source's open data license (typically attribution-required, non-commercial-allowed).
You may quote short excerpts (up to 200 words) with a link back to the source page. Wholesale republication, scraping, or redistribution requires written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape the Site at a rate that degrades performance for other users.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source data outside of normal browser use.
- Use the Site to harass, defame, or violate the rights of any person.
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or probe for vulnerabilities.
8. Third-party services
The Site uses Google AdSense, optionally Google Analytics, Cloudflare hosting, and Google Fonts. Each service is governed by its own terms. Your interaction with ads, font requests, and CDN responses is subject to those third parties.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARBITORIA disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ARBITORIA's total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is zero.
10. External links
The Site links to external sites (government statistics, university research, professional organizations). We do not control or endorse the content of those sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Site. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use after the update means acceptance.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Site at any time.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence still apply.
14. Contact
For questions about these Terms, see the About page for contact information.
